Job Change Alert Pipeline
Job changes are the highest-converting trigger event in B2B sales. When someone who knows your product moves to a new company, you have a warm introduction and a champion in place. This automation ensures you never miss these golden opportunities.
How It Works
Scrapine monitors all contacts in your CRM for job changes — comparing current employment data against LinkedIn profiles, email bounce signals, and other indicators. When a change is detected, the system enriches the contact’s new position with updated company information, a new business email address, and organizational context.
The new company is then scored against your ICP. If it is a fit, the system creates a CRM task for the assigned rep with full context: the contact’s history with your company, their new role and company, and a recommended outreach approach. For high-priority changes, Scrapine can automatically launch a personalized re-engagement email sequence.
Why This Matters
Research shows that contacting someone within 30 days of a job change yields 3-5x higher response rates than standard cold outreach. The person is in setup mode, building their new tech stack, and receptive to vendors they already trust. After 90 days, this window closes as they settle into existing tools and processes.
Without automated monitoring, most teams only discover job changes when an email bounces or a renewal conversation reveals the champion has left. By then, the opportunity window has often passed.
Configuration Options
Set monitoring scope (all CRM contacts, specific segments, or named accounts only), choose alert channels (Slack, email, CRM tasks), configure auto-sequence triggers for high-ICP matches, and define follow-up timing rules.
