Scrapine provides an AI-powered lead scraping and prospecting platform that includes LinkedIn scraping, multi-channel lead discovery, email finding, contact enrichment, email verification, AI lead scoring, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape data in violation of the terms of service of third-party platforms beyond what is legally permitted
• Use scraped data for harassment, spam, or any activity that violates recipients' rights
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense scraped data or access to the Services without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
• Use the Services to build a competing product or service

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Scrapine provides scraped and enriched data on an "as-is" basis. While we employ multiple verification methods to ensure data quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any prospect data, email addresses, or company information provided through our Services. You are responsible for verifying data before use.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of scraped data complies with all applicable laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA
• Obtaining any necessary consents before contacting prospects whose data was obtained through the Services
• The content of any communications sent to prospects using data obtained through the Services
• Maintaining appropriate data security measures for any data exported from the platform

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Scraping credits are consumed as you use the Services and do not roll over between billing periods unless stated otherwise. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that scraped data will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Scrapine be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to damages arising from the use of scraped data, failed email deliveries, or inaccurate prospect information.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Scrapine harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
