Channel-Specific Guidelines

Email: Keep under 125 words. Personalize the first line. Vary subject lines. Send between 8-10 AM in their timezone.

Phone: Call between 10-11:30 AM or 1:30-3 PM. Prepare a 30-second pitch. Always leave a voicemail referencing your email.

Cadence Variations by Segment

Enterprise (1000+ employees): Extend to 28 days. Add 3 more touches. Include direct mail for key accounts.

Mid-Market (100-999 employees): Use the standard 18-day cadence above.

SMB (under 100 employees): Compress to 12 days. Reduce to 7-8 total touches. Prioritize email and LinkedIn over phone.
