PropTech Solutions, a technology platform for commercial real estate brokers, needed to reach property managers, brokers, and real estate developers across fragmented data sources. Their target market data lived across MLS listings, property management directories, commercial real estate platforms, and local business registries. No single data provider covered the real estate vertical adequately, and manual research across 15 different sources was impossibly time-consuming.

The sales team was generating fewer than 200 leads per month and spending most of their time on research rather than outreach.

Solution

PropTech Solutions configured Scrapine to automatically scrape data from 15 real estate data sources including commercial property listing sites, broker directories, property management company websites, and real estate association member lists. Custom scraping rules extracted property manager names, brokerage affiliations, portfolio sizes, and geographic territories.

Each extracted contact was enriched with verified email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, and company details. The data was synced to Pipedrive where leads were automatically tagged by property type, portfolio size, and geography for targeted outreach campaigns.

Results

Monthly lead volume jumped from under 200 to over 1,000 qualified real estate professionals. The sales team automated data collection from all 15 sources that previously required manual monitoring. Revenue grew 80 percent over six months as the team shifted from research mode to full-time selling.
