LeadHQ, a technology staffing firm, relied on manual monitoring of job boards and LinkedIn to identify companies with active hiring needs. Their recruiters spent significant time browsing Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, and company career pages, trying to spot hiring signals that indicated a potential staffing client. By the time they identified an opportunity and reached the hiring manager, competitors had often already made contact.

With a small team and a market where speed matters enormously, LeadHQ needed to automate their prospecting to identify hiring intent faster than anyone else.

Solution

LeadHQ implemented Scrapine to continuously monitor job boards, company career pages, and LinkedIn for hiring signals matching their placement specialties. Scrapine was configured to track new job postings for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles at companies in their target geography. When a company posted multiple relevant roles, Scrapine flagged it as a high-intent account and enriched the hiring manager’s contact information.

The enriched leads were pushed to Close CRM with hiring signal metadata, allowing recruiters to prioritize outreach to companies with the freshest and strongest hiring intent. Slack alerts notified the team in real time when target companies posted new roles.

Results

LeadHQ’s placement volume grew from 200 to 500 per year within 12 months of implementing Scrapine. The time to identify a hiring company dropped from days to minutes, giving their recruiters a first-mover advantage.
