Weekly List Refresh
Running out of prospects to contact is the most common pipeline killer. This automation ensures your team starts every week with a fresh batch of verified, ICP-matched contacts — eliminating the manual list-building bottleneck.
How It Works
You define your ICP criteria once: target industries, company sizes, job titles, geographies, and technology requirements. Every Monday morning, Scrapine runs a fresh search across its data sources to find new contacts matching these criteria. The results are deduped against your existing CRM records and suppression lists to ensure you never contact the same person twice.
Every new contact is verified (email deliverability check) and enriched (company data, LinkedIn profile, phone number) before delivery. The final list arrives in your CRM or email platform, scored and ready for outreach.
Why This Matters
SDR teams spend an estimated 30-40% of their time on non-selling activities, with list building being one of the biggest time sinks. Automating weekly list delivery gives that time back for actual outreach and selling. It also ensures consistency — your pipeline does not depend on whether someone remembered to build a list this week.
The deduplication step is equally important. Without automated dedup, teams inevitably reach out to contacts already in their CRM, creating embarrassing duplicate outreach and wasting sends.
Configuration Options
Adjust delivery frequency (daily, weekly, or bi-weekly), set the target number of new contacts per cycle, define multiple ICP segments for different reps or territories, and choose delivery format (CRM push, CSV, or API). You can also set filters to exclude specific companies, domains, or regions.
